Admission Process

Students are admitted in the fall through a selective admissions process. One class of approximately 14 students is enrolled each academic year during the last week of August.

The completed application packet must be received by December 1 of the year before you wish to be considered.

St. Cloud Hospital School of Diagnostic Imaging is committed to the policy that all applicants shall have equal access to the program without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, religion, marital status, disability or any other protected class.

Required Materials

All of the following application materials must be completed fully and submitted by the applicant as a single packet. You may download the forms as either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF documents.

2. Recommendation Form

Two recommendation surveys from a former employer, faculty person, advisor or someone who can speak to your work ethic, character and academic aptitude. (This person should not be a relative.)

3. Job Shadowing and Health Care Experience Form

4. Official Transcripts from:

  • High school
  • All colleges

Important: This envelope must remain sealed to be considered an official transcript.

The program is fully accredited for 8 years (Dec. 2021-Dec. 2029). The program will apply for additional accreditation at that time. The program has achieved the maximum accreditation award for the past three cycles.
