You need a doctor’s referral for occupational and speech therapy at CentraCare. Depending on your insurance, you may not need a doctor’s referral to make a physical therapy appointment. Check with your insurance first. If you don’t need a referral, choose the CentraCare location where you’d like to receive care and call to schedule an appointment.
