How Do I Get Started and How Is this Service Billed?
To start service, we complete an intake form where information is gathered to set an account up specific to the user. Intakes are typically completed over the phone. Once an intake is complete, installation of the equipment is scheduled and can usually be done within 3-5 days.
Service is provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts or cancelation fees. Monthly fees range per month depending on the piece of equipment and features chosen. Our standard home-based landline system starts at about a dollar per day. With each new account there is a onetime activation fee.
