Home Safety & Exercise Assessment
Before you start rehabilitation, we’ll:
- Assess your home’s safety and recommend adaptive equipment (devices that make it safer or easier to get around your home)
- Make a personal home exercise program to reduce the risk of falls (if necessary) and help you reach your potential
