Eligibility
You qualify for meal deliveries if you’re at least 60 years old or:
- Can’t prepare food due to an illness or disability
- Find shopping difficult or impossible
- Lack cooking appliances and can’t go out to eat
Home delivered meals may let you live in your home longer instead of moving into assisted living or a relative’s house. They can also help you recover after surgery or a serious health condition.
St. Cloud Program
You may benefit from this program if you live within the city limits of St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids or Waite Park. We prepare low-sodium, diabetes-friendly meals at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital. They include a protein, starch, vegetable, fruit and juice cup.
Monticello Program
Contact this program if you live within a three-mile radius of CentraCare – Monticello, where we prepare meals. One hot meal and up to four frozen meals are available each week. Volunteers deliver meals on Mondays between 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. except for holidays and during severe weather.
