From pregnancy to delivery to postpartum care, the CentraCare – Melrose team provides everything you need for a smooth and memorable birth experience in western Stearns County.

Complete Pregnancy & Childbirth Care

Comprehensive care for you and your baby is right here in your community. Skilled family medicine doctors provide birthing care in our suites alongside experienced nursing and support staff.

Rely on us to support baby-friendly practices after your delivery. You’ll have skin-to-skin contact with your baby after birth and help with breastfeeding from a CentraCare lactation consultant. Your baby will also stay in your room. These practices help you connect with your newborn.

Pain Management Choices

You have several options to manage pain during childbirth. You can choose between drugs and natural methods. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) can help you relax and feel less pain.
