Suicide loss survivors can have thoughts of suicide themselves as they cope with the loss of a loved one to suicide. If you have thoughts of suicide, please call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or contact your local mental health crisis hotline.
It’s important that you take care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually. Please consider joining a support group or talking to a therapist or faith leader for additional support on your grief journey. You are not alone.
