CentraCare has partnered with Elevate Patient Financial Solutions (Elevate PFS) to help patients without medical insurance find resources to help pay for medical bills – for example, Medicaid or Medical Assistance.

Income-Based Financial Assistance

Everyone should have access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. Our Income-Based Financial Assistance program is designed to support individuals and families who may have difficulty paying for medical services.

By offering reduced fees based on your income and financial need, we aim to ensure that cost is not a barrier to receiving essential care.

No-Interest Payment Plans

CentraCare offers self-service no-interest payment plans to patients, regardless of their income status. Set up a custom payment plan by accessing your account on pay.centracare.com and selecting Start a Payment Plan.
