At CentraCare Rehabilitation Center our clinical staff work together as a team to meet your goals and find solutions to help improve your quality of life. CentraCare Rehabilitation Center is located just south of CentraCare - Rice Memorial Hospital on 3rd St SW and Minnesota Ave. Patient parking is available near the main entrance.
