Honor and Memorial Gifts are given to honor and remember special people and significant occasions in life. Gifts may be made in honor of a loved one, nurse or physician. Gifts also may be made in memory of a loved one’s birthday, anniversary or a holiday such as Memorial Day. It is a wonderful way to honor or remember someone while supporting a good cause.
Honor and Memorial Gifts may be directed to any fund, and an acknowledgement of the gift will be sent to the family of the person being remembered or to the person being honored.
CentraCare Hospice offers an opportunity to embody the spirit of a loved one by including his or her name in our Book of Life. If you would like to add your loved one’s name to the 2024 Book of Life, please email the name to foundation@centracare.com and include “Book of Life” in the subject line. Or, you can submit your loved one's name along with a gift to benefit our Hospice Program.
