Since 1997, the Foundation Gala has served as the premiere fundraising event to support the work of CentraCare hospitals and clinics in Willmar, Redwood Falls and Paynesville. Over $4.1 million has been raised, benefiting the greatest patient needs for Hospice, the Dental Clinic, Cancer Care, Cardiology, Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health Services. These funds supplement programs and services not covered by insurance. Your dollars are a vital part of enriching the quality of life for our patients and their families. We are proud to be neighbors and friends who share a long history of serving and supporting one another.

The Gala begins with a social hour and bidding on a variety of silent auction packages. Following a gourmet meal, an energetic live auction will feature a great mix of unique experiences. New this year: stick around after the live auction for a fun surprise!

Proceeds

Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the CentraCare – Dental Clinic in Willmar and help us continue to provide oral health services and education to those who have limited access to dental care from our 17 surrounding counties. A full range of general dentistry services are offered, including examinations, fillings, crowns, extractions, cleanings, root canals and dentures.

Since 2007, the Dental Clinic has:

• Treated 17,596 unique patients
• Scheduled 115,920 appointments
• Provided 379,406 oral health services
• Trained 1,054 University of Minnesota School of Dentistry students

Schedule

• 5 p.m. Social Hour and Silent Auction
• 6:30 p.m. Three Course Gourmet Dinner, Live Auction and Program
• 8:30 p.m. Entertainment by Michael Shynes and David Gerald Sutton

Dinner Options

• Stuffed Pork Tenderloin: Roasted pork tenderloin stuffed with balsamic braised cipollini onions, wild mushrooms, spinach and Montamore cheese. Paired with Parisian herb potatoes, truffled asparagus and white wine demi sauce.
• Vegetarian Option: Charred Cauliflower Steak (GF). Paired with red rice and quinoa pilaf, capers, parsley and romesco sauce.
