    Biography

    What I Do
My goal as a nurse practitioner is to provide personalized care to each patient. I believe that a collaborative approach is crucial in delivering great care. I always take the time to get to know a patient by listening and striving to understand individual goals regarding the management of chronic illnesses and having a normal life.

Endocrinology is an area that I thoroughly enjoy, and I have a specific interest in diabetes and thyroid disorders.

    Why I Love My Work
I enjoy working with people with chronic illnesses and being able to help them cope and develop treatment plans that work well with their goals.

    Getting to Know Me
I used to work as a nurse in a nursing home. However, I decided to pursue higher education to become a nurse practitioner. I chose adult and gerontology because it equips me with a unique skill set that can help me provide high quality care to an aging and medically diverse population. I am passionate about endocrinology because it combines complex specialist issues with general primary care.

Outside of work, I enjoy being active outdoors, exploring local restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
