    Biography

    What I Do
My philosophy of care is to work collaboratively with patients and support them on their wellness and mental health journey. My goal is to meet patients where they are and together with their primary care team develop a personalized plan and assist them in achieving their goals.
My clinical interests include primary care behavioral health, trauma-informed care, women’s health and patient advocacy.

    Why I Love My Work
What I enjoy most about my job is partnering with patients and their families to help them meet their needs and empower them to reach their health goals.

    Getting to Know Me
I pursued a career in social work after working with survivors of abuse and trafficking and developing a passion for advocacy and social justice. I wanted to learn to provide trauma-informed care, support underserved populations and ensure all voices are being heard. Obtaining my MSW gave me the toolkit to pursue this dream.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, exploring nature, reading, playing pickleball and volleyball. I am a proud Air Force veteran and served as a C-130 Navigator in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
