    Biography

    What I Do
I am a licensed therapist with expertise in working with children, teens, families and adults.

My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and creative interventions tailored to individual needs. I have in-depth training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting (Phase 1) and adaptive internal relational (AIR) network therapy.

My approach is client-centered, focusing on collaboration, trust and humor, used thoughtfully, to build a comfortable, safe and engaging therapeutic environment. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, so I prioritize integrating their input and values into treatment. I want to create a nurturing space where people can courageously and authentically explore vulnerabilities and find solace.

    Why I Love My Work
I find deep fulfillment in providing unwavering support to clients on their healing journeys. Witnessing their strength, resilience and breakthroughs is both an honor and a privilege.
