    What I Do
As a behavioral health provider in the primary care setting, I care for patients of all ages who present with a variety of concerns. My hope is that patients feel comfortable discussing their behavioral health needs in a familiar health care setting, making prevention and early intervention more accessible and attainable.

My specialty includes health-related concerns such as adjusting to lifestyle changes and medical diagnoses, sleep issues, tobacco cessation, CPAP adherence, chronic pain, substance use, attention and memory concerns, gastrointestinal problems, weight loss, hypertension management, diabetes management adherence, and psychogenic seizures. I help patients address intersecting emotional health concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger and irritability, traumatic stress, and grief or loss.

    Why I Love My Work
I enjoy working in primary care behavioral health because it’s where most people first seek help when needing care. I find it fulfilling to help patients identify attainable changes that can significantly improve their overall health and well-being. I particularly enjoy helping patients improve their sleep, as it can have a significantly positive influence on their health and mood.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and embracing the activities Minnesota has to offer, including gardening, camping, fishing and hunting. I have recently begun competing in triathlons and other long-distance races.
