    Biography

    What I Do
My philosophy of care is person-centered and solution-focused, rooted in the belief that everyone is capable of positive change.

My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, attachment, trauma and substance use disorders.

    Why I Love My Work
I love witnessing the positive change and growth in people who initially have little confidence in themselves and their ability to change.

I was motivated to go into health care by my desire to listen and help others, make a difference and be an observer of positive change.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and traveling as much as possible. I also love reading, crafting, cooking and baking, especially cheesecakes.
