    Biography

    What I Do
I believe that, as humans, we all seek meaningful connections with others, to be seen in our deepest vulnerability and to be accepted and cared for in that context. I take a person-centered approach, rooted in the belief that anxiety and depression often stem from earlier trauma or wounds. Through a therapeutic relationship, I work to heal those deeper ruptures and enhance quality of life.

My clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, early attachment wounds, highly sensitive individuals, relationship challenges and life transitions. I also have experience and a deep commitment to working with Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQ+ communities, offering a supportive and inclusive space that recognizes and respects diverse identities and experiences.

I’ve completed additional training in transgender and gender-diverse medical care.

    Why I Love My Work
I hold a deep sense of gratitude and humility in being trusted with my clients’ most painful and joyful moments. It is an honor to witness when they show up consistently, put in the work, believe in the process and trust me to know how to hold their story. From a young age, I felt attuned to others' emotions, a kaleidoscope of joy and sorrow, beauty and suffering. It was a natural decision to move into therapy, where I could help people navigate the magnitude of their feelings and stories.

    Getting to Know Me
I love testing my capabilities, whether through physical activity, learning new skills or refining old ones. I also enjoy exploring state parks in every season, spending time with family and caring for my beloved cockatiel.
