    Biography

    What I Do
My philosophy of care involves engaging with patients to understand their specific goals for therapy and tailoring their treatment plans to achieve those objectives. By discovering what motivates patients, I ensure that therapy is truly patient-centered and aligned with their personal aspirations. My areas of interest are vestibular/dizziness, balance and post-operative care. I especially enjoy orthopedics and working with athletes!

    Why I Love My Work
What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to work towards goals and to build strong relationships with my patients. As a therapist, I have the unique privilege of seeing patients over multiple treatments and over an extended period, and this is incredibly rewarding. I also find that moving the body is not only vital for physical health but emotional wellbeing too. Helping patients in this way brings me joy.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I like to weightlift, play pickleball, travel to as many places as I can, and take trips in the camper van.
